Developed and manufactured by our company, the Model 4-35 small hollow brick making machine with hopper is of fixed type, mold-vibrating and mechanical demolding. Long-term use by customers has proven that it features a reasonable structure and innovative mechanism, with the following outstanding characteristics:

1. All suspension and connection parts of the machine (except the main frame) are equipped with springs. During vibration molding, the press head, mold box, mold core and supporting plate vibrate simultaneously, ensuring high density and uniformity of finished products. The machine runs smoothly with low noise and excellent vibration damping effect. It operates reliably, is durable and easy to maintain.

2. The press head can move longitudinally for convenient feeding, maintenance and cleaning. Meanwhile, the press head descends only 20mm. The small clearance between the press foot, mold box and mold core results in fewer large burrs on blocks and less damage to the mold box and core.

3. Multi-purpose with strong applicability. Equipped with different molds, it can produce various wall blocks, paving blocks, fence blocks, curb stones and other products in different shapes and sizes. Mold replacement is convenient, and various special-shaped molds can be customized according to customer requirements.

4. The wooden bottom supporting plate resonates synchronously with the mold box and core during molding without impact force, so its service life is more than twice that of similar products.

5. Breaking the conventional domestic design of reducer demolding, this machine adopts pulley, chain and sprocket for demolding. It features simple structure, high durability, safety and reliability, easy maintenance, no oil leakage from reducers, and low power consumption — the demolding motor is only 1.1 kW.

6. The mold box adopts an assembled structure with replaceable wearing parts, which not only facilitates maintenance but also saves mold costs for users.

7. Requires a site area of about 2,000 square meters and only 2 to 3 workers.
