The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a secondary/tertiary hard rock crushing equipment, adopting multi-cylinder hydraulic drive and laminating crushing principle. Equipped with 6-8 hydraulic cylinders to control the moving cone’s swing, it crushes materials (granite, basalt, ore) with compressive strength ≤350MPa via extrusion and grinding between moving and fixed cones.
Key components include replaceable crushing chambers (standard/short-head/medium), high-chromium alloy liners (Cr28, HRC60-65) and intelligent PLC control system. Technical parameters: feed size ≤600mm, crushing ratio 8-15, capacity 100-1500t/h, discharge opening 3-50mm (accuracy ±0.1mm).
