Vertical shaft impact (VSI) sand maker is a high-speed impact crushing equipment with a vertical rotating impeller. It crushes and shapes hard materials (granite, basalt, river pebbles) via "rock-on-rock" or "rock-on-iron" principle. Key parameters: feed size ≤60mm, crushing ratio 30-50, capacity 80-500t/h, adjustable fineness modulus 2.2-3.0. Features excellent cubical product (≥85%), high efficiency, long-wearing parts and easy maintenance (hydraulic cover-opening ≤5 mins). Widely used in artificial sand production and aggregate shaping.
