Mobile cone crusher (tracked type) is a secondary/tertiary crushing equipment adopting laminating crushing principle. It crushes hard materials (granite, basalt, ore) with compressive strength ≤350MPa via extrusion between moving and fixed cones. Key parameters: feed size ≤600mm, crushing ratio 8-15, capacity 100-1500t/h, discharge opening 3-50mm. Features tracked mobility (30° climbing), excellent cubical product (≥85%), hydraulic overload protection and intelligent monitoring. Widely used in mining, high-grade aggregate production and ore beneficiation.
