Rubber lined ball mills has the following advantages.
1. Reduce grinding energy (electricity) consumption, whether it is a magnetic separation plant or flotation plant ball mill using rubber liners, grinding power consumption is generally reduced by 10-15%.
2. Reduce mill noise, high manganese steel liner mill noise is 100-110dB, greatly exceeding the provisions of the environmental protection, seriously endangering the hearing health of workers, due to the rubber liner has a strong damping and absorption effect, the mill noise can be reduced by 10-15dB, significantly improving the grinding work environment, the basic protection of workers' physical and mental health.
3. Reduce the consumption of steel balls, wet grinding process, steel ball wear is extremely serious, and is one of the costs of mineral processing production costs, the test shows that the use of rubber liner mill ball consumption is reduced by about 0.20Kg/t.
4. Reduce the weight of the liner, high manganese steel liner weight of a piece of more than 100kg, while the rubber liner a piece of only 20Kg or so, greatly reducing the labour intensity of the rubber liner installation, to ensure the safety of the workers, but also to improve the mill transmission gear force conditions, obviously extend the service life of the pinion.
5. Reduce milling time, ball mill steel lattice plate castor holes in the discharge is often blocked, both affecting the processing capacity and product fineness, but also affects the normal production of the mill, but the rubber lattice plate basket holes basically do not clog, no need to stop the mill to clean up the castor holes, and rubber liner mill and no leakage of slurry, no need to stop for maintenance, so the time of milling time is significantly reduced to improve the operating rate of the mill and the processing capacity.
