Production Line Introduction

Production Status: In late April 2014, our equipment successfully completed an on-site test run in Nantong, Jiangsu Province. Since then, it has officially entered production, operating smoothly and exceeding production expectations.

Process Flow

The process of the marl crushing line is relatively simple. The detailed flow is as follows: Large pieces of marl are evenly and continuously fed by a vibrating feeder to a jaw crusher for primary crushing, a process known as coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed marl is then fed by a belt conveyor to an impact crusher for secondary crushing, a process known as fine crushing. The finely crushed marl is screened by a circular vibrating screen to select the marl that meets the particle size requirements. This is then sent to the finished product pile. Any marl that does not meet the requirements is crushed again in the impact crusher until all the finished marl meets the production requirements.
