Processing Material: River Pebbles
Output: 150 tons/hour
Finished Product: Three particle size ranges: 0-10mm, 10-12mm, and 12-15mm
Equipment Configuration: One GZD960*3800 vibrating feeder; one PE600*900 jaw crusher; one DG200 single-cylinder cone crusher; one 3YZS2160 vibrating screen; and six belt conveyors.
Production Status: The overall design of this granite crushing project fully utilizes the terrain's advantages, featuring a simple process design and a compact and rational layout. Since its completion in May 2020, it has operated smoothly, achieving good economic benefits, and maintaining stable product quality and output, earning praise from customers.
Production Site
River pebbles are fed by a feeder into a jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After crushing, they are fed into a cone crusher for intermediate and fine crushing. They are then conveyed by a conveyor to a sand making machine for sand production. The processed pebble sand is then graded by a vibrating screen to obtain the required size. Those that meet the user's production needs are sent to a finished product stockpile. If they are not of standard size, they are reprocessed and re-crushed until they meet the requirements. (For finished products with high impurities, a sand washing machine can be added to improve their quality.)
Processing Flow
